Rio Mar, Cluster II – Post Storm Damage

Rio Mar is a high-end, residential "Planned Unit Development” designed around 11 building clusters containing 182 unique villas.

Hurricane Maria caused extensive damage to the building’s structure and most finishes.  The severe uplift to the barrel clay tiles fractured the substrate membranes causing storm water damage to the interior and exterior finishes.

Hurricane force winds destroyed doors, windows and casings. The severe scouring of paint and lifted plaster finishes required extensive plaster repair on most exterior surfaces.

This caused elevated and sustained moisture levels further damaging the interiors including but not limited to cabinets, millwork, plaster and paint.

Anderson doubled the insurance claim offer securing a full claim recovery.
