“Builders Risk” Insurance, also known as “Course of Construction”, covers Building Contractors for a loss during construction. This may include but not limited to damage and delays caused by Wind, Flood, Fire or Vandalism.

Builders typically operate under a sensitive construction schedule referred to as a Critical Path (CPM). Anderson worked closely with Yates Construction on several significant projects identifying a revised Critical Path, time loss and the associated costs affording full claim recoveries.

Portofino Island Resort, Phase II was under construction during Hurricane Isabel. After the insurance carrier denied the claim, Anderson was able to secure a full claim recovery.
